PTA Newsletter Submission Guidelines

  1. The PTA newsletter is intended for time-sensitive notices about upcoming events and activities that are pertinent or open to most or all of the BCS community, including but not limited to fundraisers, PTA meetings, and school-wide notices.    

  2. Notices should be timely (i.e., within a few weeks of an event or activity)

  3. Brevity is critical. Ideally, announcements should be no more than three sentences, but notices of any length should be limited to  key details.

  4. Submissions should promote school activities and should not primarily promote a business.
