Treat the Teachers!  

Next week we are treating the teachers to a "stock the staff room" week with all kinds of goodies before we part for winter break.  If you would like to contribute, please sign up here.   

PTA General Meeting next Tuesday, December 13th, 7pm

This meeting will include a conversation with BCS PAT (Portland Association of Teachers) representative and middle school social studies and drama teacher, Josh Tabshy. 

After School Enrichments are LIVE for next semester!

Please sign up and spread the word. There are some new classes (like Mad Science, Middle School Guitar and early grade French) and old favorites (teachers create new lessons, so kids can enjoy taking classes again!)  This program is a way to build community, expand kids' interests and support working parents after school. The PTA provides partial scholarships: Just let the school counselor or after-school teacher know and they will coordinate it. Families will remain anonymous to the PTA.
After-school programs are provided to families as a resource and are not endorsed or sponsored by Beverly Cleary School or the PTA.

Volunteers needed for the Spring production of Clue!

The BCS Theatre program is in the planning stages of it's Spring production of Clue!  If you would like to lend a hand, please contact Josh Tabshy, jtabshy@pps.net
