Hello Beverly Cleary community and welcome to the new school year!

I hope you had a wonderful summer.

I am excited to serve as the PTA president for a second year alongside several new faces on the board. We look forward to continuing many of the new and refreshed events established last year while furthering our advocacy for and support of students and staff.

One key area of focus will be cultivating our volunteer pool and pipeline. No matter your interest, capacity, or ability, there is an opportunity for you! We hope you will engage with the PTA this year in a way that makes sense for you, whether that's through being a member, volunteering, using the family directory, attending general meetings, providing financial support, or simply reading our weekly newsletter. There's no wrong way to PTA!

We invite you to join our first general meeting to share your thoughts and feedback on Monday, September 8th at 7:00 p.m., offered both in person in the library and virtually. Or, you can contact a PTA board member directly.

Included in this email is information to kick off the year. We hope you will take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our PTA Orientation Guide. This brief guide will give you everything you need to know about how to stay informed about programs and events going on this year.

You can also subscribe to our calendar, and don't forget to check out Thursday’s KinderPicnic, Donuts & Drop Off on the first days of school (details below), Ice Cream Social and After-School Enrichments to start off the year!
