2023 Fun Run - Sept. 29 at Grant Track

What is the Fun Run?

The PTA’s signature fundraising event, the Fun Run, builds community, supports the school, and enables students, staff, and caregivers alike to have fun. With the funds raised, the Fun Run supports teacher grants, scholarships, arts and literacy grants, the garden program, community events, and more.

The event takes place during the school day, allowing all students the opportunity to participate. Prior to the Fun Run, students are encouraged to seek pledges ($/lap or a flat donation) from friends and family. On the morning of the Fun Run, teachers accompany students to the Grant track to run together.

Volunteers make sure everything runs smoothly and track the number of laps each student runs. The Fun Run features an awesome DJ, fun prizes, and a festive and supportive atmosphere for all members of the school community. Join us as a participant, volunteer, or spectator!

Visit our FUNDRAISING PAGE to donate. Share your student's link directly with family, friends, neighbors, coworkers. Donations may be a flat rate or an amount per lap run. 

How do I find my student's fundraising page? 

Follow visual instructions here, OR first login into the Parent Portal  and click on ACCOUNT in the top right menu to access your student's individual page(s) in the Fundraising Campaigns section.  You can customize each student page with a photo and text.  If you do not have an account, click here for instructions on signing up.  Reach out to webmaster@beverlyclearyschool.org if you have trouble finding your student's page.  If you do not want to login or raise money for your student directly, you can share the link to the fundraising page for your child's classroom.

Donations will be accepted through October 13th. While online donations are preferred, cash or check donations (made out to the Beverly Cleary PTA) may be submitted to the office. Please ensure cash/checks are in a sealed envelope and labeled with student's name.



These popular, high-quality, tri-blend t-shirts are available in child and adult sizes for $15. You will be able to purchase them online and pick up at school. Volunteers and staff receive free shirts.



We need you to help make the Fun Run a success! Volunteers are needed in many different capacities on Fun Run day. Whether you help pick up supplies, count wristbands for your student's class, or lead a station for the entire morning, we rely on the community's support. All volunteers must have a current background check via PPS.



We have tons of fun prizes like swag bags, gift cards for books and legos, a donut party and let's not forget the chance to pie Principal Presley!
