PTA Clothing Center Volunteer Opportunity
Monday, 9/29, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
*VOLUNTEERS NEEDED*

Each year, every PPS school PTA is asked to provide volunteers twice to support the PTA Clothing Center, a vital district-wide service that helps PPS families access clothing and shoes for their students. Beverly Cleary’s volunteer day is approaching, and we’re seeking three additional volunteers to lend a hand (thanks to those who have already volunteered)! Volunteers will help students find clothing and assist with sorting donations. Parents, grandparents, and community members are all welcome.

Last school year alone, the PTA Clothing Center served nearly 1,500 PPS students, making a powerful impact possible thanks to people like you. If you’re able to help, please email communications@beverlyclearyschool.org to sign up.

Spookarama
*VOLUNTEERS NEEDED*

We’re looking for enthusiastic leads to help make this year’s Spookarama Carnival on October 24th a success! Opportunities are available in the following areas:

• Volunteer Coordination

• Security
• Treat Trot
• Party Favor
• Donations

Support PIL Athletics – 2025 PIL Open

The 2025 PIL Open Golf Tournament is on Monday, September 29, at Pumpkin Ridge! This annual fundraiser helps sustain and grow PIL Athletics Sports Programming. Families and community members can get involved by playing in a foursome (21+), recruiting a team, sponsoring, donating raffle items, or volunteering. Teaching with Purpose Conference

Join educators, families, and students for a series of seminars focused on advancing mental health, economic literacy, and tech literacy. After-School Enrichments

BCS fall after-school classes are open for registration! They include arts, languages, music, movement, Lego, and more. Scholarships are available.
