The PTA is looking for a volunteer to fill the role of Treasurer for next year. The PTA can not operate without this position filled. The position requires approximately 5 hrs a month of bookkeeping and budgeting.

Buy Tickets to the BCS Bash + Foundation Fundraiser *NEW*

It's not your everyday school fundraiser! Join the BCS community at Tough Luck on Friday, June 7, to celebrate the end of the year and raise funds for the BCS Foundation. Funds will provide one-on-one support for reading and math across BCS and supervision at recess during the 2024-25 school year.

Student Art Show *NEW*

Please join us for the 2024 student ART SHOW! Thursday May 30th 5-7pm in the Cafetorium. There will be music, games, refreshments and a ton of amazing art work done by our wonderful student artist. See you there!

Junior Rose Parade *NEW*

We are excited to announce the BCS community will again have a large-group entry in the Portland Rose Festival Junior Parade on June 5. The nation’s oldest and largest children’s parade, the Jr. Rose Parade runs right through our neighborhood, and our school closes for a half day.

Field Day: Save the Date(s) *REMINDER*

We are almost at the end of the year celebrations! This year, all students will participate in Field Day. K-5 students will play on Thursday, June 6th (K-2 am, 3-5 pm), and Middle School Students will get their turn on Friday, June 7th (pm). A detailed volunteer sign up will come out next week.
