ANNOUNCEMENTS 

Season of Giving *NEW* 

With the generous fundraising through the Fun Run, this time of year our PTA coordinates with our counselors to assist families in need in our community. Gift cards for groceries and gifts are given on behalf of our community. We're so grateful for the big hearts in our Beverly Cleary family.

It's not too late to apply, families in need can fill out the 2023-24 Family Financial Support Application by Friday, December 1st. This form is only seen by counselors and kept confidential. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your grade level counselor if you have any questions.

BottleDrop (Holiday Drive) *NEW*  

BCS is participating in the BottleDrop Holiday Give campaign for the first time this year! Every Blue Bag that we drop off before Saturday, December 2 will earn us a 20% bonus! There has never been a better time to clear out your cans and bottles for our school. If you're able to do a one-time collection at your workplace, favorite restaurant, or elsewhere... even better! As always, you can request more bags here. We deliver! Thank you so much for your support.

Book Harvest for The Children's Book Bank!  *UPDATED* 

It is Book Harvest season! We are collecting books for the Children’s Book Bank through December 15th. Find boxes for donation of new and gently used picture books, board books, graphic novels, and young chapter books located inside the main entrance of Fernwood (33rd and Hancock).

Yearbooks & 8th Grader Baby Pictures *UPDATED*

We are still collecting 8th grade baby pictures plus a message for the yearbook! Please fill out this form by Tuesday, December 5th. If you have any questions, please email beverlyclearyschoolyearbook@gmail.com or call Ms. Kobs at school.

Yearbooks on sale now. Early bird pricing is $25 until January 1. Purchase through Jostens.com. If you need to pay with a check, please make payable to BCS and deliver to Liz Kobs, yearbook advisor. 

If you need a scholarship for yearbook, also contact Ms. Kobs.
