This event is a dedicated Spookarama Halloween Party for our middle school students. Spookarama Middle School Night is sure to be frightfully fun! We will have an awesome DJ spinning tunes for our dance, before it transforms to end the night with our beloved Treat Trot. Middle schoolers can enjoy carnival games tailor made for them - and earn raffle tickets for the end of night drawing for a prize!
Pizza, chips, candy and soda will be for sale, cash only!
Last but not least there will be a Halloween Movie playing in the East Gym along with a Fortune Teller to read your palm!!! Come join us for a spooky fun night!
Elementary Spookarama Carnival at BCS
Friday, October 25 6-8 p.m., with Gentle Entry at 5:30
*Gentle Entry is for K-2 and anyone experiencing sensory processing
Friends and family attending with a BCS student are welcome to attend the elementary carnival.
Spookarama, a longstanding annual tradition, is a school-wide event held just before Halloween. BCS families, friends, and neighbors are invited to join us for a frightfully good time as the Fernwood Campus is transformed into a carnival, filled with candy, games, and other fun activities designed with elementary aged students in mind. We will have our Quiet Activities space and a Magic Show.
What we need from YOU:
- We need parent volunteers to make this night happen! Please click on the link below and pick a volunteer spot! We have lots of options and it's going to be a really fun night! Middle School Party Sign-up and Elementary Carnival Sign-up
- NOTE: We MUST have a volunteer to lead and coordinate the Haunted House or this won’t be included in the Elementary Carnival this year.
- Please check out the Code of Conduct and Costume Guidelines, and discuss with your student(s). This helps make the night even more smooth and fun!
- We also know the entrance fee is a hot topic! We’re intentionally choosing to lift the entry fee to ensure this event is accessible to all members of our community, and focusing on the flagship fundraising events our Fundraising Chair outlined recently. If you’re willing and able to offer a ‘treat’ for all our Spookarama tricks, we welcome your donations.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions: community@beverlyclearyschool.org or spookarama@beverlyclearyschool.org.
We’re excited to see you there!
