Neurodiversity and All Ability Celebration Week

The Beverly Cleary Community is excited to announce our second All Ability Celebration Week.  Throughout this week, our community will have multiple opportunities to learn more and connect about neuro & physically diverse topics through read-a-louds, classroom discussions, a library resource table, buddy activities, a family night and more!  The goal of this week is to bring more awareness and acceptance of learning, behavioral and physical differences many of us experience to our school and neighborhood community.

 

We are connected with the Neurodiversity Celebration website providing resources to families, students and school communities on the topics of ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Dyslexia to name a few.  There are several presentations and panel discussions scheduled throughout the week with the Neurodiversity website.  

 

Volunteer opportunities will be available.
