Community Cares Day - THANK YOU! *NEW*
Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate early by working to beautify the school grounds during our spring Community Cares day. Many hands made light work, and we were able to:
- Pick up trash from the whole campus
- Fertilize the blueberry bushes
- Sweep up dead leaves and debris from the sidewalks
- Trim back overgrown bushes and trees
- Pull up so many weeds, along with some dead trees and bushes
- Spread some mulch into the garden areas
- Sweep mulch back into the playground
- Relocate some scared baby rabbits to a safe location (awe!)
The grounds are looking neat and spiffy. We'll hold another Community Cares day in late summer. See you then!
